The Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan office is a functional organization responsible for cooperation and exchange with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan under the leadership of the Party committee and administration of the University. It is the centralized management department of the University involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs. The Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan office promotes the improvement of the school's teaching and management level and enhances the school's influence in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan through the management, guidance, coordination and service of the school's various cooperation and exchange activities with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Its main responsibilities include:

1. Implement, implement and publicize the guidelines and policies of the state and superior competent departments for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

2. Formulate the work plan for the cooperation and exchange between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, formulate the regulations and rules for the exchange between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and be responsible for the inspection, supervision and implementation;

3. Establish and maintain contact and cooperation with institutions and educational institutions in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, sign relevant cooperation agreements and supervise the implementation of the agreements; Liaison, examination and approval with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cooperative educational institutions, as well as coordination and guidance in the process of running schools;

4. Arrange visits and visiting activities to receive Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan delegations and friendly people; Coordinate the organization and reception of temporary visiting experts, scholars and friendly people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan for lectures, research and friendly visits;

5. Be responsible for the approval and approval procedures of teaching staff going to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan for a short time on business and the management of passes;

6. Participate in or coordinate the preparation of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic conferences hosted or co sponsored by the University;

7. Responsible for the formulation, approval and management of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan student exchange projects;

8. Assist the publicity, United Front work, security and other relevant departments in the publicity, security and confidentiality of the school to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and properly deal with emergencies in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

9. Be responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior departments and assigned by school leaders.
